We do not offer returns. Exchanges or store credit only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for exchanged items. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding.

In-store purchases: Eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Online orders: Eligible for exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Final sale items include perfume, books, sunglasses, socks, and any items discounted 30% or more.

Shoes must be unworn, clean, and returned in their original packaging.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Exchanges are subject to item availability. Store credit will be issued once returned items are received and approved.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear. If you believe an item is defective, please contact us.
