Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We're a small, California-based business committed to quality and thoughtful service. Please review our shipping details below.

📦 Shipping Within the U.S.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Free shipping is available on orders over $300.
Express shipping options are available at checkout.

🕒 Order Processing
Orders placed after 4 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

📬 Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier, but we’re happy to assist if further help is needed.

📍 Local Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Palm Springs, CA location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time.
